In our industry, we’re always looking for ways to bring our clients the best counsel, products, and service possible. With this in mind, we are excited to announce a new relationship with Seros Financial that will give Pinnacle Financial Advisors the ability to improve internal efficiencies and streamline administration processes. This will allow our team to serve you even better – without any disruption to your accounts. Some investment clients will need to sign a document acknowledging the new relationship, but that’s it.
Introducing Seros Financial
Seros Financial has a like-minded approach to serving clients with integrity, and is located in the same building as our Tempe offices. Our new arrangement with them will allow us to access additional resources that will improve service turnaround times for you. Our relationship with Seros Financial does not mean a change in broker-dealer. In fact, they are also affiliated with United Planners and warmly welcomed us when we made the move to United Planners in 2015.
What this Means for You
Working closely with Seros Financial, we expect to experience some operational efficiencies and the advantage of more resources and collective expertise.
Our first initiative with Seros will give our clients and friends in Sedona access to another team member. Bill Kelso, a Seros veteran and seasoned CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and CPA, will join our Pinnacle team in Sedona. Bill shares our passion for comprehensive financial planning and commitment to client service. We’ll be sharing more information about Bill with you shortly and hope to introduce him more formally in the weeks ahead.
Moving Forward
Rest assured, Pinnacle Financial Advisors isn’t going anywhere. Our locations remain the same. You will still have the same trusted team who understands your short- and long-term financial goals and works to help you reach them. Our planning process and interaction with you will not change. Your client websites and eMoney accounts will not be affected.
Since the financial industry is heavily regulated, our clients with accounts at AssetMark will need to sign paperwork acknowledging that they have been made aware of our new Registered Investment Advisor relationship with Seros Financial. We will be reaching out with the form shortly.
We see this new alliance as a wonderful opportunity to increase the level of service we can offer you, and we hope you agree. If you have any questions or would like to talk about what this means, please give us a call, send us an email or stop by. Our door is always open to you.
